Whether challenged to design a new training program, deliver a Customized Business Solution, write a technical manual, or personally intervene with an employee during a very tense crisis, I have consistently exceeded expectations.  I will provide you with a weekly accounting of all time down to ten minute increments – including a detailed bar chart.  Special projects will show a projected estimate of servings.  In the past, some of these projects have saved $3,000 to $100,000 in manpower hours or development costs.

As a corporate technology instructor, I possess a variety of teaching techniques that transform even the most reluctant student into a knowledgeable computer user.  My background includes training students one-on-one, with small and large groups, and in both classroom and on-the-job settings.  I appreciate the need to teach users from their perspective  I quickly learn what each student needs to know for real-world use and design classes around those needs.

• Estimated savings of over $100,000 in development costs by creating and implementing an advanced Excel system for a “fixed-income fund performance” evaluation.

• Estimated savings of over $300,000 in man-hour costs by developing numerous “Custom Business Solutions” that reduced many hours of manual and tedious work to an integrated process requiring 30 seconds to two minutes to operate. 

• Estimated savings of over $120,000 in development costs by designing a data warehouse extraction system with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications for monthly performance reports. 

• Designed and implemented a leadership development and public speaking club to develop and reinforce confidence in leading meetings, making presentations, selling  concepts and ideas to others.  Had the highest record of attendance and popularity for voluntary training programs in the 70-year history of the company.

I posses a combination of top drawer communication skills and advanced technical abilities.  I have designed, wrote and taught courses with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and demonstrated highly advanced skills with Excel formulas, Word macros and writing technical training manuals.  Additionally, I have also taught and designed courseware for RightFax, Fortis Imaging, HTML, Business Objects, Bloomberg, MultexNet, Baseline, Merrin, FactSet, Photoshop, Illustrator, FrontPage, Act, SalesLogix, Lexis and Westlaw.
